Group Class
Movement, in good company. Our small group classes bring together Reformer, Mat Pilates, GYROKINESIS®, and GYROTONIC® in a carefully guided session that builds strength, mobility, coordination, and inner awareness for all levels.
The Reformer uses spring resistance and a moving platform to help the body move with precision - building length, strength, and fluidity without strain. Mat Pilates focuses on core stability, posture, and mindful control, while GYROKINESIS® adds flowing. spiralling sequences with breath to open the spine and restore natural rhythm. GYROTONIC® uses the Pulley Tower to mobilise joints, strengthen muscles, and enhance flexibility in a dynamic, whole-body approach.
Each session is thoughtfully paced to ensure safety and personalised support. Classes are small and require advance reservation.

Fascia Tension Release
Fascia is the connective tissue that weaves through the entire body, supporting and linking muscles, joints, and organs into one continuous system. Over time, physical strain, repetitive habits, stress, or injury can cause this system to tighten, lose its elasticity, and become disorganised. When fascia is restricted, movement can feel effortful, uneven, or limited — often showing up as stiffness, discomfort, or a sense that the body is not moving as freely as it could.
Fascia Tension Release works gently to soften these restrictions and support the natural reorganisation of the body. As the fascial network begins to regain its fluidity and coherence, the body can redistribute tension more evenly, allowing movement to feel lighter, more connected, and more efficient. With improved organisation, the body no longer needs to compensate as much - creating a sense of ease, support, and quiet resilience in everyday movement.

Rolfing Structural Integration
Rolfing Structural Integration is a progressive and systematic approach to reorganising the body through a series of sessions, often known as the 10-session recipe. Each session builds on the last, guiding the body toward greater balance, alignment, and integration within gravity.
While Fascia Tension Release focuses on gently softening and easing localised restrictions, Rolfing works more globally - looking at how the entire body is structured and how different parts relate to one another. It aims not just to release tension, but to re-educate the body's patterns, creating a more efficient and supported way of standing and moving.
As the structure becomes more organised, many people experience not only physical changes - such as improved posture, mobility, and reduced discomfort — but also subtle shifts in how they feel internally. Long-held tension patterns are often connected to emotional experiences; as these layers begin to unwind, there can be a natural sense of lightness, clarity, and emotional ease. Rolfing is therefore not only about how the body looks or moves, but how it feels to be within it - supporting a deeper sense of stability, openness, and connection from the inside out.
TRAUMA & NERVOUS SYSTEM HEALING
Somatic Experiencing® (SE)
Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, Somatic Experiencing® is a body-centred approach to healing stress, shock, and trauma. Rather than working through the mind or memory, SE works with the body's own intelligence - gently tracking physical sensations to help the nervous system complete responses that were once interrupted or overwhelmed.
When we experience stress or trauma, the body can become stuck in survival patterns - fight, flight, or freeze. Over time, this shows up as chronic tension, anxiety, fatigue, emotional reactivity, or a quiet sense of disconnection from oneself. SE works at the pace of the nervous system, creating enough safety for these held patterns to gradually release - without retraumatisation.
Sessions are gentle, conversational, and deeply respectful of the body's own wisdom. As the nervous system begins to settle and regulate, clients often notice improved sleep, a greater capacity to handle daily stress, and a deeper sense of being grounded, present, and at ease within themselves.
DEEP NERVOUS SYSTEM WORK
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
The Biodynamic approach has evolved into a remarkable body therapy that has created a highly skilled way of listening to the body's inherent health expressions. Extremely gentle yet profoundly deep, it works with the subtle rhythms of the cerebrospinal fluid and nervous system - supporting the body's innate capacity to heal, and helping to ease chronic pain, stress, and emotional holding patterns.

Spinal Flow Technique
Spinal Flow is a gentle, non-invasive healing technique that restores the body's natural energy flow along the spine to promote physical, emotional, and neurological well-being. By working with specific access points along the spine, it helps the body identify and release blockages in the nervous system - allowing the body to return to a state of ease, natural self-regulation, and renewed vitality.
VISCERAL - NERVE - VASCULAR MANIPULATIONI
Barral Technique
Developed by French osteopath Jean-Pierre Barral, the Barral Technique is a sophisticated hands-on approach that works with three interconnected systems of the body - visceral, neural, and vascular - each playing a vital role in the body's overall function and wellbeing.
Visceral Manipulation works with the natural mobility and motility of the body's internal organs. When organs lose their natural movement due to tension, stress, adhesions, or injury, it can quietly affect posture, digestion, movement, and overall health. Through gentle, precise touch, the practitioner listens to these internal rhythms and works to restore the organ's natural motion - allowing the surrounding structures to reorganise and rebalance.
Neural Manipulation works with the mobility of the nervous system itself - the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves. When nerves lose their ability to move freely within their surrounding tissue, this can contribute to pain, restricted movement, and dysfunction throughout the body. By restoring neural mobility, this work supports improved communication between the brain and body, often with far-reaching effects on comfort and function.
Vascular Manipulation works with the fluidity and health of the vascular system - arteries, veins, and lymphatic vessels. Restrictions in vascular tissue can affect circulation, fluid dynamics, and the body's ability to nourish and heal itself. Through gentle listening and precise treatment, vascular manipulation supports improved flow and tissue vitality throughout the body.
Together, these three dimensions of the Barral Technique offer a uniquely comprehensive and holistic approach - addressing the body not as isolated parts, but as one deeply interconnected living system.
