Polestar Pilates

A clinical approach to Pilates that bridges rehabilitation and high performance. Using breath, alignment, and precise movement, it restores the body's natural function while building the strength, stability, and resilience needed for everyday life and sport alike.

GYROTONIC® method

Practised on the specialised GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower, this fluid, three-dimensional movement system works with the body's natural spiralling patterns to mobilise the spine, open the joints, and restore ease of movement. The equipment guides and supports the body through expansive, joint-friendly movement — building strength and flexibility simultaneously, without strain. Often described as a blend of yoga, dance, swimming, and tai chi.

Barral Technique (Visceral Manipulation)

A subtle yet powerful hands-on approach developed by French osteopath Jean-Pierre Barral, working with the mobility and motility of the body's internal organs. When organs lose their natural movement due to tension, stress, or injury, it can affect posture, movement, and overall wellbeing. Through gentle, precise touch, this technique releases restrictions, restores organ function, and supports the body's innate capacity to heal — often with results that feel both immediate and lasting.
