Our group classes offer a guided and supportive approach to movement for all levels. Using Reformer, Mat Pilates, GYROKINESIS® , GYROTONIC® , and carefully selected props, each session develops strength, mobility, coordination, and inner awareness.

 

The Reformer uses spring resistance and a moving platform to help the body move with precision, building length, strength, and fluidity without strain. Mat Pilates focuses on core stability, posture, and mindful control, while Gyrokinesis adds flowing, spiraling sequences with breath to open the spine and restore natural rhythm. Gyrotonic® pulley tower to mobilize joints, strengthen muscles, and enhance flexibility in a dynamic, whole-body approach.

 

Each session is thoughtfully paced to ensure safety and personalized support. Classes are small and require advance reservation, and beginners are encouraged to take private sessions or a fundamentals class first.
