Emotional Release
We respect every emotion that happens in life. Over time, if the trauma isn't fully processed or being addressed, the physical stress and emotional responses can become “stored” in the body, leading to symptoms like chronic pain, headaches, muscle tension and even digestive issues. Body has retained sensory and emotional responses from traumatic events. We refers it to Somatic memory.
Instead of controlling emotions, we provide you a skill to manage the emotion. To have a bigger capacity for containment.
By improving emotion regulation, you learn to better manage your emotion and responses to stress, leading to emotional stability.
A guidance that develops a heightened awareness of your bodily sensations, which is different from psychology sessions (This is not a psychology session). Clients learn to notice subtle changes in their body, such as tingling, warmth, tightness, or relaxation.
To prevent overwhelming the nervous system, the treatment will work from a small amount of concentration and allow the body to process and integrate the Somatic Experience.

Trauma Healing Model
Pendulation
Discharge
Pendulation
Clients are guided to move back and forth between states of discomfort (associated with trauma) and states of comfort and safety. This helps to expand the capacity to handle stress and builds resilience.
Discharge
Discharge
The process involves releasing the pent-up energy associated with trauma, which may manifest as trembling, shaking, crying, or other physical movements. This is a natural and healthy way for the body to reset and heal.
